Great on young hardhack and alders but if there is any grass it winds around shaft and stops rotation. You have to take it apart and it takes awhile to get it off and get back to work. Honestly I spent more time doing that that trimming around the trees. Also I appreciated the attempt to improve the wire metal guard but it was lost within a couple days anyway. The guard to keep stuff from blowing back at the user is holding up much better than last year’s.

I like the weight of it but the length is a little short. I’m 5” 7” and I feel like I have to bend over a little. So think about that. Someone taller than me would really have a hard time either it. I like it a lot better err than a string trimmer.
Not enough power to cut through 3/8 inch shrubbery. Ok for smaller stuff

The Grazer is a big help to me. The Grazer means so much because I have shrubs that freeze & need cutting down to the ground. I ordered another, it arrived. My son ordered one for me, also as a surprise.
The weed cutter arrived as scheduled. However the product failed on first use. I have made numerous requests to Grazer customer support to contact me regarding the issue. No one has gotten back to me. Is this company legitimate? So disappointing!
It took me 5 hours to figure out how to assemble it, but I managed to do so through trial and error. I only use the metal blade which is what I wanted. It is working very well and I am very appreciative! Thank you very much, Kimberly

I would not recommend the Grazer if you have a large yard. I charged the battery for 2 hours and only got about 30 minutes out of it before it started slowing down.

When I use the grazer I think, this is a champ. We have thigh high grass with briars and it handles it. I do need to stop and clear some grass periodically, but then it keeps cutting. I recommend purchasing the additional battery.
