We request you to read it.

Please properly charge the batteries, if you want to leverage the good power from the trimmer.

When batteries show a Green light, then it means that it is fully charged. Red light means incomplete charge.

I am also attaching the Images on how to charge the batteries. Please charge them for 6-8 hours properly.

Units are put on the shelf before someone purchases them. So, sometimes they get discharged.

If you want to check if the charger is not working or if there is an issue with the battery, then try charging both batteries.
If both batteries do not work after charging for 6-8 hours, then it might be a charger problem.
If one battery is working fine and the other is having issues then it might be a battery problem.
If both batteries are working and show approximately the same performance then everything is good. You just need to charge the battery a little more time to get good performance and use batteries one by one.

This unit is designed to be used over grasses only. But using different blades, it can be used for multiple purposes.
But make sure the thicker the stem is over which unit is used, the more power is drawn from the battery. Thus reducing the battery life of it.

I have attached a video link on how to assemble the unit properly.
Here is a video on how to install the unit.
Short Videos:
Video 1: https://youtu.be/e5dD7oXXg9I
Video 2: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/W09XAB3ZD2k

These are old tutorials. There are some model upgrades. The latest model tutorials are under development.
The old and latest models are somewhat the same. There is not much difference.

In these videos, You can see the proper method to assemble the unit, blades, and motor part (head).

Blades need to be fixed using a washer(gasket) and nut.(As shown below image or you can also see the video for reference)

It's a universal nut.

The size of the nut: Thread diameter: 5mm; Pitch: 0.8mm.

Please check the process in the video above.

Also, this is cutting grasses, edging, etc. This is not meant for trees. It can work with shall shrubs but the thicker the diameter is, the less battery life it provides.

We request you to please check if you have put the blade in the correct direction or not.
We have seen many people put blades in the opposite direction of motor rotation and face issues in cutting.

This is one of the best-rated products in the industry.

We request you to please follow the steps provided and let us know if you face any issues over our support email.
